Keane-deHamer Consulting was established in 2013 by Jacqueline Keane and Les deHamer, after successful careers in various fields including operations, supply chain management, program and change management, lean organization development, Six Sigma, training design/delivery, and large scale digital, process, people and organizational transformation. Our expertise in these areas has allowed us to help clients cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. By working closely with teams and providing individual coaching, we offer creative solutions to problems while also developing people. Les deHamer
Les deHamer is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Operations Excellence. He is a certified Black Belt in LSS and project management, and is known for his ability to drive results and lead high-performing teams. Les has a proven track record of visionary leadership and success in training and consulting across a variety of industries. He focuses on transforming organizations through Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, and training by fostering team growth and commitment. Les has a talent for revitalizing a company’s infrastructure, products, technologies, processes, measurement systems, and sales/marketing strategies to achieve optimal results. He is skilled in making high-stakes decisions and overcoming complex business challenges, and has a proven ability to motivate and lead teams in any environment. Les has helped our clients transform the way they operate, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and a stronger capability for growth.
Jacqueline Keane
Jacqueline is a highly experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in leading large-scale operations, vendor, supply chain and third-party risk management, quality assurance, learning and development, training design and deliver, and continious improvement through LEAN. She is known for her strategic problem-solving skills and ability to quickly identify both tactical and strategic solutions. As a results-driven leader with a successful career demonstrating visionary leadership and expertise in service and operational excellence, Jacqueline has extensive experience creating best-in-class customer experiences, delivering effective sourcing solutions, and managing large-scale operations across various industries including financial services, technology, social media, travel and tourism.
With a collaborative leadership style based on commitment, focus, and integrity, and strong interpersonal skills, Jacqueline has a proven record of implementing strategy, leading successful enterprise transformation programs, and building high-performing teams. She holds a MSc. in Management of Operations, a BA in Training and Education, is a LEAN Green Belt, and has a PMP certification.
