Following extensive careers delivering in Operations and supply chain management, project/change management, Lean Organisation Development, Six Sigma, Training design/delivery, large scale digital and organisational transformation program delivery, Jacqueline Keane and Les deHamer formed Keane-deHamer Consulting. Our experience, gained across a broad range of disciplines, has helped our clients to establish a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within their organisations. Working collaboratively with teams, we have helped to develop individuals through coaching while delivering problem resolutions through an intuitive and creative approach.
